About Me
I care about truth, connection, and playfulness.
As a child, I was a sensitive, reserved kid who liked to ask deep existential questions.
I studied psychology because I wanted to change the world, and I believed that to do that, it was important to understand a person's inner self.
I practice psychotherapy because it inspires me to see people living more and more courageously and freely.
I lead training and give lectures because I love presenting complex psychology in a clear and practical way.
